From the tender age of six, our Head Regional Mixologist Knut Randhem always knew he was destined to shake things up. He does so every night, with inimitable style, panache and imagination. Few can claim to possess his knowledge of cocktail history and mastery of new processes and techniques. As a result, he regularly conjures up impossibly chic cocktails with a twist of unexpected Asian ingredients like soju, passion fruit and aged licorice. If the cheers at the bar are anything to go by, it seems his efforts are definitely going down well.
